“Just wanted to thank Rob at True Strength Personal Training in Barrie for all his help with pain management and strength training. I was able to go to Island Lake Conservation Area and hike their Viki Barron Lakeside Trail which is 8.2km long. We even did a loop which added another 2.2 km for a total 10.4km. Not sure if you've ever been but they are mostly loose ground and a lot of loose sand and gravel in some really hilly terrain. I was pushing my wife in her wheelchair the whole way.
