Charmayne's 21 Month Transofmration

We've been working with Charmayne since April of 2018. Since then, she's made considerable progress with both the increase of muscle and the elimination of body-fat. We've maintained a flexible approach to Charmayne's nutrition, allowing her to still eat her favorite foods when she feels like it. We strength train three days per week and maintain minimal amounts of cardio.
