Charmayne's 3 Month Transformation

Over the last 3 months, we've slowly increased Charmayne's calories from 1200 to 1850 per day. She strength trains three times per week and performs ZERO cardio. As you can see, Charmayne has successfully added shape (muscle) in the right areas and reduced fluff (body-fat) from her problem areas. Specifically her stomach and lower back. This means that we've been able to simultaneously lose body-fat and gain muscle at the same time, all while getting stronger and eating MORE calories!
